What to expect…

Consultation

For the initial consultation, consider bringing pictures and/or drawings of what you expect your future home to look like. Be prepared to discuss square footage, required rooms, unnecessary spaces, styles, budget, and building site. The more we know about your dream, the better we can execute it!

Design Phases

Phase I (Preliminary) - We will prepare preliminary documents consisting of the main floor plan layout for your approval. This phase establishes design objectives, sizes, and approximate square footage. Once the preliminary floor plan is approved, then we prepare the front elevation for your approval.

Phase 2 (Design Development) - This phase of the process further develops and refines the floor plan and elevations. It also consists of preparing the supporting documents, such as the roof plan and the site plan (if required).

Phase 3 (Finishing Touches) - Once the design development documents are approved, we will prepare the Architectural Construction Documents. These plans shall be sufficient to obtain local building permits.

Deliverables

At the end of the design process, you will receive:

• Cover sheet

• Elevations

• Floor plan(s)

• Roof plan

• Foundation plan

• Electrical plan (available at additional cost)

• Site plan (available at additional cost)
